This pristine, faithful replica Richard Miller RM47 Tourbillon watch is a masterpiece that strives to blend with spirituality. Its design seeks inspiration in Japanese culture, showing modernity while paying deep respect to centuries-old traditions. Almost four years' work went into the creation of this watch, whereby it has compact movements that leave room for the wholly handmade set of samurai armor.
Its original design armor was sculpted with love by the artist Pierre-Alain Lozeron, and painted with passion by his wife Valérie; it represents different aspects of the ancestral culture from Japan. Made of 3N gold, the spirit of Bushido is what still runs throughout Japanese society.
The timepiece features a special Japanese maple leaf pattern that symbolizes the four seasons, elegance, beauty, and the fragility of life. Complementing the 50mm 3N gold case, black rubber straps give this timepiece a sporty, racing-style look. The watch is Swiss-driven, has a transparent skeleton design, and is water-resistant up to a depth of 50 meters.
