De Replica RM 88 Automatische Winding Tourbillon Smiley is een meesterwerk van vakmanschap en ontwerp. Met de unieke gele gouden Smiley-figuur, zorgvuldig micro-geblazen en geschilderd, staat hij op een bewegingswerkbrug van micro-geblazen ARCAP met gepolijste anglage en getrokken randen. Het regenboogmotief schittert met vage reflecties, versterkt door handmatig aangebrachte vernissen, terwijl de antracietkleurige rhodium plating diepte en contrast toevoegt. Elk onderdeel, van het cocktailglas en de roze flamingo tot de ingewikkeld gedetailleerde bladeren en ananas, is met precisie handafgewerkt, wat de toewijding van Richard Mille aan perfectie toont.
